how long did it take your kenya to open I tested my param all alright my torch oso open but I have my kenya in the tank for 3 weeks alrdy and still haven'tt open

Make sure you nitrates and phosphates are not too low,as softys like alot of nutrients as that might be your problem why its not operning.

Hi yes I do best thing you can do if you have hi nutrient levels,but have to test regularly otherwise things become (0) so I reduce my lighting in the sump until they come up again.

@ReefManDan the aquaone is great tank,imo better than red sea as far as the sump goes should come with the tank and pipework as well,they don't make the tanks anymore,but you can still find them for sale online but cost more than they originally did,hope you get your tank soon !

Great tank. How did you settle the drain levels? I have had mine set up 10 days and still can't get this right?

You need the water level just under the emergency drain,adjust the gate valve in small increments and wait 10mins before adjusting again this method works really well
