@@hourglassyt4299 i asked the support about it. You can get them only on the tempoary zone, in order to have the zone to appear on your map you need to have your energy between 20 and 40. I just manage to make it appear and got lucky by looting 3 ravens in it

You can see the difference in video , in brown cards only basic clothes and 1 melee weapon, in green card you can get gun or mod for melee weapons
