Be very careful removing the hydraulic lines. I snapped off one of the fittings on mine. Now I’m trying to figure out how to get that out, which is why I watched your video. I’m not even sure you’d need to remove them the way you did it still attached to the loader.

I had a stick snap off of my fittings and fortunately was able to get it repaired without replacing the whole cylinder. I wasn’t sure how much I’d have to fight with the extra pressure if I didn’t take the lines off so figured it’d be easier.

I have a 2600 gas runs good until it gets really hot and worked hard . It would die, let it sit and it would run fine. Chased my tail with ignition,and fuel system and was at a total loss. Was reading thru the original owners manual where it talked about fuel storage on the farm. The last sentence of that section said don't run " winter grade gas in the summer, because it may cause a vapor lock .. I had been using 93 octane because it was the only non-ethonal fuel available in my area. Ding ding ding. Refueled with 87 octane and it's never done it again. Simple fix, easy to overlook......

Problem is the 590 doesn't come with a 27" bar, and the 620 does have that option. So if you want bigger from the start you're going to have to buy the bigger bar and chain afterwards with the 590, while the 620 can be bought with the 20, 24, and 27 equipped. It's very weird to me that Echo complicates things and offers these in different configurations, with slight price differences that make no sense. Yes sir….so the things I have learned tho is to keep your circulating pumps on. I shut mine off and my ac couldn’t cool the heat exchanger in the hvac enough to cool the room but with the pumps circulating I have no issues. The transition seasons can be a struggle you have to pick one or the other because you can’t cool the 180 degree water so I’ll usually just leave the boiler on and open the windows to cool the house instead of the ac then when it starts to warm up at night I’ll stop using my boiler for the year.

I do still love them. These Delawares I have go back to the Oregon Delawares and they’re much larger than the hatchery ones I bought the prior year. I currently have 2 roosters, one over 5 hens and one over 4 hens. I used the feed with both Cornish cross and the Delawares. The Cornish cross I plan to use this method with this coming year. If I do it again with the Delawares I would like to have a control group and a regular group to see if it impacted their egg production. I didn’t get my first Delaware egg until 30 weeks. I hatched 2 batches of Delawares just over a month apart and granted now it’s starting to get to the temperature drop but I am just getting the second Delaware group to lay now.(3 eggs out of 5 hens). You can see when this video was posted on an approximate time frame. They are very gentle. The hatchery rooster I had did get aggressive with my children however so far so good with the 2 I have now.

Looks like a good job and a lot of work. Guessing you have gotten water into the PVC thru the joints somewhere to be at 8-10 degrees of heat loss. This method can work but would need to try and grade the PVC so that it has a bit of fall and then a way to remove any water that gets in and collects at the low end. Such as having a tee at the end leading to day light. You could plug the end with a screen to prevent critters getting in, and block that section of the pipe with a spongy or heavy mesh material to limit airflow from exterior and also let water escape.

Nice Video. Forgive my ignorance, but how did you attached the first vertical board to the t-post? Did you drill a hole through the metal stake, then screw the board into the stake at that hole? I noticed a comment about using 'self tappers' to secure the face board. Also, at one point did you point the drill at your own chest to get the screw through the metal?
@southernyankeeinnovations
@southernyankeeinnovations Жыл бұрын
Yes sir. I used self tappers that you use to secure trailer decking. They’re designed to go through metal and wood. Just one on top and then when I screw the boards down the side and put the board on the back it works like a clamp. It works best to have a hand to apply pressure to the backside of the post. They do bend as your pressing against them to get the screw started. You need to have the screw start near the side of the T-post and not in the middle(less metal).

I have the echo recommended 27 in bar and chain combination for the CS590 and it has come in handy on bigger trees. If you are going to be needing a 27 in bar on a regular basis ( even residential) Id go to the 620. For me I only need the 27 a couple of times a year and I always get it sharpened after a days use and it runs fine so I am happy with the 590.
