Talked to Matt (the manager) and was repeatedly told “you bought the vehicle used”. This is my one and only form of transportation for my family and it just a fancy paperweight. Have no idea have these people are still in business. After purchasing a vehicle a month ago I just received a letter from my preferred finance company started they extended an offer to the dealership and it wasn’t excepted. Meaning I was approved for a loan but was told by the dealership I was denied and had to finance through a lender with less desirable terms and interest rate. Very upset I wasn’t even presented this at the time of purchase and the fact that I was lied to makes me wonder what else these people are dishonest about. Obviously they make way more on the transaction if they get you to accept a higher interest rates and longer terms so I understand the Incentive but that’s not how you run a business to get repeat customers.
