Is the person you used as an example for opening the LLC and working CPT around the 17:00 minute mark, on an F-1 visa? Or are they a citizen of America. Because you said "thankfully they are not from India.

Here is my contribution to the list of Cons (2024). I am sure many know about the positives which appear on the surface but Cons you will feel mostly once you come here. 1. Your spouse cannot work! If he/she has to, they have to have their own independent H1. 2. Like in India, you will not get maid's to do Houseold chores. If you really want it, you will have to pay your whole salary just for that. 3. The Health care situation is Pathetic here. Really really Pathetic!!! I am saying this with good knowledge about the medical field. It is enormously expensive. You may have noticed most of the Indians living here get most of their dentals and other stuff done when they go to India on Vacation. Due to it being expensive + poor quality, most of the Adults here postpone their treatment or mostly try to resolve with Home remedies. Trust me folks, the Health care that we have in India is Amazing (True Freedom we have in India). There is a lot lot that can be talked about this topic. For the moment, I will end it here. 4. Taxation: Despite this Visa being temporary, US Govt. deducts your Social Security Tax (In India terms it's same as PF) and Medicare tax (For retirement Health Insurance not deducted in India). This component is 10%+ your Gross Pay. Ideally the benefits of this deduction can only be realized once you get a Green Card and as you all know the situation with Green Card for Indians, you will never get to enjoy this in your lifetime. US knows this very well I think 🙂and that's y they still sponsor H1B's so that you all contribute to their SSN + Medicare fund without mostly ever utilizing it. 5. The Weather here is not that suiting to us is my observation. Lot of un expected sickness happen here which are hard to detect and you end up spending lot of money on Health care. This situation could differ from region to region in US as this is a huge country with different weather conditions. Especially your Spouses have high probablity to go through depression here. Also lot of processed food is a big contributing factor for this. 6. Visa Hassle: This is a super pain. You will be restricted to travel on different occassions and situations. Like say after the first slab of your H1B which is 3y say you initiate an extension, you get 240 days until a decision comes from USCIS so till that time you can't travel. If you do, mostly you will loose your job, you cannot come back until a decision is done and even if a positive decision comes you will have to first apply for Visa. You can imagine the Pain right? What will you do if something happened to your loved one in your home country? Different situation for people with family and Bachelors. 7. Cost of Housing: Current times (2024) are pretty bad! At least 25% of your Gross Pay (Assuming you are earning say 100k gross) will go in this expense for a reasonable average house. And still you will not get a satisfying place to say. US looks good/amazing in the outside, but the insides of a House could be Pathetic!! Trust me. You will be surprised to know that despite paying such a high rent, you will still have Pests including rats/mouse/mice in your residence!!! Yes, you heard that right. 8. Free Schooling in US is a Myth now in 2024: Yes you heard that right. There was a time when Public education had true glory like about a decade back. But now it's mostly a place for eating away public funds by the once who run it. Most of the classes don't have teachers most of the times. Such classes are substituted with people who can't even speak English!!! Note that Free Schooling is not really free!! They recover their money through the high rent that you Pay as there is high property tax which indirectly raises your rent!! I had an experience with my Son. One of his class just after 3 month of school, the Teacher took medical leave and never came back, so remaining months there was a substitute (who does not teach anything, just takes attendance!!) and my Son didn't learn anything further in that subject!! Can you imagine!! I have a Lot lot more to write. I will do it another day 🙂. I will edit this or creat my own content to explain further. There was a time when coming to US was truely an Amazing experience. But Trust me folks, now it is NOT and deteriorating in a very fast pace.

I'm a college student, in india in my sophomore year and I'm really struggling with getting internships. It's currently my 3rd semester and I'm really passionate about coding, I know DSA, Spring Boot, MERN Stack Along with Docker and Kubernetes but still wherever I apply, the companies always just ghost. IDK what to do next as I am from a tier 3 college and these just doesnt seem any scope now.

More practical ways : 1. Get PR in Canada and get the passport and come back on TN 2. Go abroad as a manager to US company and come back as a transfer to US branch and get EB1C

Crate training is very important. That’s a puppy’s safe space. My dog puts herself to bed now that she is grown. Having raised a couple hundred foster pups now I’ve found that a good balance is the crate needs to be with you. At night the crate goes by the bed, then when the puppy cries I can reach down and remind him or her that they aren’t alone. If the anxiety is even more severe then we will practice crating a half -hour here or hour there throughout the day. Worst case I get a sleeping bag and spend a night next to the crate. Also, crate open routine is important. For us it’s as soon as the crate opens, we run for the door…run. Puppy goes right outside. Simple, routine, crates…sleep, outside…business gets done.

Thanks very much! The last section about trading stocks/crypto is what I’ve been wondering for past several days! By the way, your lawyer said H1B regarding trading/investing stocks, would it be the same case for F1 or I-20 (international students) ??

Please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had an integrated masters degree in computer science for which I travelled to bangkok for my graduation ceremony as the course has been finished during the covid and graduated in dec 2022 (work expe of 1 yr 3mon) and I want to do masters in software engineering in san jose state university, but my visa got rejected now on june 5th 2024(i think the main reason was i mentioned i had masters and bachelors degree in my ds 160 so specifically by filling it seperately), so i am not understanding how to improve my profile and reapply for visa for this fall 2024. My best advice to international student is that You do a very good research on the university you want most of the universities are just in for our money as international student.I am currently get transfer to another university because when I got to campus I find out our program was quarterly based which mean every 3 month we pay tuition. And the department has some of the worst instructors even if you report them the departmental heads defend them. I be careful and ask your friends and colleagues leaving abroad about some of this institutions. Thank you

Great video. Our Golden (Yuki) is now 4 months old. At times she is still hard work but I take her for quite a long walk each day after I finish work. Inevitably, I typically start off frustrated by my work but end up feeling like I have had a good work-out and emotionally uplifted by the pure joy that Yuki finds in everything she sees. They are wonderful dogs
