Congratulations on the Carnivore way of life. I have been on a carnivore/keto way of life since April. I am type 2 as well and struggled for years with my blood sugars. I was 244 lobs when I started and now 196. My blood sugars bounced between 150-200. Now I average around 100. My journey is not over, but a carnivore/keto way of life is the only way to make us healthy

Awesome! I started at about 245 as well so it should be an interesting trip! I’d love to get to my high school weight of 180 but I’d rather just be healthy than chase a number. I figured I’d go carnivore for a while, then maybe switch to ketovore and see how that goes. We’ll see what my blood tests look like at my next doctors visit!

I started keto a couple years ago. Have kept 82 lbs off for the past year. I could lose another 30-40 lbs. But my health and mental well-being are great though. But I've heard that it gets even better on carnivore. I'm so sad for everyone that hasn't heard about this good news. Everyone thinks that middle aged folk are suppose to get sick with age and it's just not so! I was on 5 meds before. Type2, high blood pressure and 3 mini strokes. So yeah, I'm MUCH better. Good luck friend! Let us know how it's going and I'm subscribing now!

It’s tough, I’m finding little things that are affecting me way more than I thought they would, but that just means I eliminate them (for now) until I get regulated. I just started Tuesday, so we’ll see how it goes. As a type 2 on a slew of meds I’m already down one of them due to it actually making me go LOW - like 50-ish blood sugar. I’ve already seen a massive regulation in my BG so I’m happy with that if nothing else!

That’s hilarious because I have been debating over the last week whether or not to change the intro, since it could chase people off in the first few seconds of the video😂

During the 19 thing, I was in the grocery store, and wearing a mask because I was asked to...and the asking person looked so miserable. Well I smiled at two little kids in a cart with the mask on....I scared them badly! Then I pulled off the mask and continued smiling....the children didn't even know what to do because someone smiled at them...Mom was right there and payed no attention to the children or me....sad situation.
