ano po mode gamit nyo? pag naka dry mode kayo, normal po na nag-ooff yung fan nya. pero pag cool mode, dapat hindi.

the problem with IJN light cruisers is they're easier to be targeted, especially with other cruisers or battleships. and it's main potential weren't their guns, but instead their torps are deadly as DD torps line. Unlike the sister ships IJN heavy cruisers which relies flexibility between gunboat (DPS) and Torpedoes (Burst). I assume light cruisers are reconnaisans of shimakaze.
