Would you mind doing a video explaining your meditation technique? How did you get so good at this? I can only sit still for like maybe 3 to 5 minutes at best. I have a traumatic brain injury. I really struggle with sitting meditation. I do great with walking meditation. Meditation, I just can’t seem to figure it out. What am I doing wrong?

Just lay down no specific technique. I've been doing just breath for almost 2 years now is very good I resolved most of my issues with long covid and anxiety depression gone I'm able to deal with things a lot better you'll gain a strong practice if you keep at it you'll be okay

yes...im currently figuring out how to do videos...will eventually release talking/explaining videos in near future. but in short, 3-5mins is quite good. what matters is actually doing it what feels doable at the moment, aka overcoming resistance because we live in a very stressful environment and overcoming resistance to practice is already a huge accomplishment, regardless of form, duration or technique. will add more context in future talk videos.

Well done! keep in mind that regularity is more important than duration. i have meditated for along time only for 10min - 20min when i started.

@@whyphilwise ... yeah I can do only 4 days for meditation, the fri-sat- sun. I feel more tired when the heaviness from work kicks in 🫣. I drive far from home to get to my job, come back, cook, make sure daughter did homework, basic things human stuffs 😮💨. But I am still conquering that part. But only 3 days that I feel super tired. Only those 3 days, I give myself a break 😅.

in my experience, no :) but this is a part of the experience, after some time they pins and needles stop bothering you. and you can even use them as an acnhor of your focus.

Well it depends. I don't experience pain anymore. Because I have an intense stretching routine. I will make a video in the future where i will share my stretches to achieve sitting painless for 1h. but without stretching, the pain most likely won't go away...

I just found your channel, and I am glad, because I been meditating on/off for a yr, but my inner voice says: "must ground". Also, I know you cannot control the ads, they scared me a bit 😂. But is ok, I am used to the noise.

yes, this has happend to me occasionally as well. because i do my live meditation in the afternoon and after work i was tired. so my solution was to always have a nap of 20-30min some time before mediation.

@@sheshsharma5634I suggest trying a guided meditation so that you aren't in silence but paying attention to the guide speaking. That's what helps me. Don't give up trying 🙏🏼

Hey KZbinr HERE also teach meditation, you CAN TURN OF mid-way ads, google it there is a way you can have ads, before and after but not in mid. It's in your setup of video when you are uploading.
