The entire project the bhor ghat 1)More than a decade to complete. 2) Almost 60 million cubic feet of rock excavated and moved. 3) 42000 labourers employed. 4) 24000 people died in the project. 5) 2 contractors were fired ...was awarded to 3 who died within few days of reaching the site. Guess what it was a woman who actually completed the job.... The 3rd contractors wife. What a remarkable engineering feat. No way anyone can tell me there were no other options of working around it Now the clowns will erect some pile of shit in its place and name it after some goon politician. Have a look at the old pictures of Karla caves.. And if you see the present day..... What the fx@k they have done to it.
