Yes. It was captivating and beautiful and terrible. The girl is in the pool... she sees her friend constantly beckoning to her across the pool. The scenes bounce between memories of them playing together where she smiles and the present where she is a shell of this. It transpires that the boy has died and she is struggling to come to terms with it. She removes her arm bands and drops to the depths of the pool. The serenity of the summer sun is shattered as the cups of juice and plates fall away, parents distraught and the audience realises she has joined him.

This song can easily be the climatic moment of a very dark story. I have treasured EVERY Phantogram album as it blessed my humble ears. Seeing S & J live was surreal & we were late 2 the show... This album was the soundtrack to my relapse in '17 & subsequent journey to hell with a fellow who spewed lies & spread thighs & came "home" to me & did it all again for 6 years. Music provides that time & day stamp & reminder of when I was closest to death of self~~ mainly of soul. Phantogram will make new music & it will be divine & they absolutely are 1 of the best bands I have ever pressed play for

music made me feel not so alone & not so misunderstood beginning @ 9yrs old w a New Order tape. It was & still is a special secret @ times when I feel so utterly lost, music can remind me there are others~ we are not so "weird" or crazy. There's a tribe 4 us all, yet sometimes we age & survive to realize how precious our tastes in art music clothing politics are... yes this song is gorgeous~ I have listened to it homeless strung out w a needle in my arm w the "love" of my life next to me & the copy of this album I have still is rotted & moldy from 3 months in jail w my car windows down & 1foot of snow swallowing my beloved cds...
