Exactly how is this "affordable"? Not sure who can even afford these houses.. average houses that my parents bought for 100k are now 6 times as much if not more today in the same area.. I'm not making 6 times as much as my father.. so how are we supposed to afford this? Interest rates are insane, I only make 100k a year. I don't understand how people are buying these homes.. so Depressing. I'm renting a 1200 square foot home in Elk Grove for 2600 a month and am living pay check to pay check. Only the super rich or those from San Fran making crazy incomes for Sacramento can afford these homes. Just beyond depressing.

Evidently, prices are going up due to the International Banking Cabal nefarious influence, buying and reselling real estate improvements to drive up and rig prices as they did in the Bay Area, on that note $600,000 is excessive for Elk Grove especially because there is nothing especial about its location as it is far from all jobs, in the area and the Bay Area. A three-bedroom new home with all the amenities should not cost more than $400,000, otherwise its price is inflated without justification and only to benefit the banks who apparently own this State and all its corrupt politicians who allow this hike in prices with the scheme of few banking loans approved for new developments to keep the supply low and consequently and intentionally to keep all the real estate valuations going up, which has contributed to the unaffordability and homelessness suffered by many people in this state which used to be sovereign and run by patriot Statesmen not venal politicians, especially from Office of the Governor, and its Congress representatives, who are directly complicit by introducing laws that benefit the bankers and impoverish its people further.

All the Toll Brothers homes in Las Vegas feature a package kiosk at the front of the house, either next to the garage or right by the front door. I haven't seen this on their homes in the Sacramento area. Is that a feature offered here??
