I was going to ask about this swing drawbridge, if it was still operable. Your video already answered my question. I ask because of the second bridge BNSF is proposing, or in the works of, construction of their second parallel bridge, so to relieve traffic congestion. Great video, railfanning from a boat!

I would then assume that, since the bridge no longer opens, the movable rails have been replaced with fixed rails, so to offer the trains a smoother ride across it.

There was no yard in North Judson either. The museum put the tracks in.

the track is not in good condition if you want to get technical. The ties cause a derailment of Nickle Plate Road 765 about 2 years ago.

I hate it when videos have stupid music like this one has. Why not just let people hear the sounds of the trains? The damn music ruined this video!

This is next to Camp Atterbury in Johnson County I believe. Not far from Niniveh and Edinburgh Indiana. Its across the street from the horse track in Johnson County state park.

Pretty neat!!! but I hope you checked your survey certificate on you property as sometimes the first ten feet of the property frontage is reserved for underground utilities ... if they need to do any work it's bye bye railroad... just saying.

I´ve got a steam engine (Swiss Tigerli Shunter 5 gauge) and an electrical one (freelancer Köf seven 1/4 gauge. I´ve bought them. But I´m starting now to build my own waggons this winter. I´ve only made the wooden stuff for my two sitting-waggons on my own.
