What's the rate of those with complexed issues being directed according to their personal needs, example those with mental health issues that my not fit into the more typical homeless circumstances. Those with mental issues may have difficultly staying in compliance with DSS, which seem to have the last say in those remaining sheltered. I find that there's not accommodations for sheltering the homeless mentally ill who tend to have trust, aggression (complexed) issues. Banned from hotels (due to their mental issues) I know someone who needs shelter and honestly shouldn't be place as the average homeless being sheltered and left in the cold because of their mental issues, sleeping in the emergency room. I paid for hotel rooms but due to the mental issue he's been left to figure out his path but mentally not capable. Where do they have go, what's guidance is there for Newburgh DSS. They tend to be very unwelcoming/combative but again I understand it's a tough job but again there's a mental health issue with no empathy, advocating or case management made available. 💔 They want to go home but as Colin has mentioned of the influx of home purchasing to new residence/landlords have change affordable housing where the services don't meet the cost of rent in their hometowns while rebuilding their lives anymore. Great Video, Thanks for sharing. Where it asks for reason I want to carry. Can I put for conceal carry as you stated and Also because its my Second Amendment Right I want to exercise? The reason I ask is because at one time NYC would Deny you if you State you want to carry for Protection, But ever since June 2022 Supreme Court has decided that they have no right to deny us a carry conceal permit because we choose to protect ourselves, I somewhat feel uncomfortable Stating it Even though courts ruled they cannot deny it for self defense.
