*Each time I topically put on Black seed oil (Amazing herbs brand) I sleep deeply as if I had taken medication very relaxed. I was taking it nightly for a while but developed a skin irritation from frequent use. I only take it now I'm sore from work etc.*

I made my own deodorant, zinc oxide coconut oil and essential oils, I've been doing it for years. But recently I had had some swollen lymph nodes so I tried using my face oil which is a mixture of hemp seed oil, black seed oil a few drops of carrot seed essential oil and maybe a few other essential oils that are very gentle for my face. Using it as deodorant is working great and the swollen lymph nodes are no longer swollen. I learned about black seed oil when researching for my daughter's severe acne. I will say that a few years ago I had a boil... I wouldn't wish that on anybody, 12 hours after putting straight black seed on it it was reduced by a third of the size, gone in 2 weeks. Glad to see other people know about the magic of black seed oil 🎉

@@ONTHERADAR1 So I only used it twice so far. I don't mind the taste and mouth irritation but the problem is the throat irritation makes me cough. Because of this I am unable to intake a full spoon under the tongue to get it to absorb properly, I can only do 1/3rd teaspoon without discomfort and 2/3 spoon leaves me coughing for quite a while once it hits the throat. I hope this is only temporary but my weight actually went up a bit even though Im eating the same things and tracking it (other than the calories in the oil itself lol). Hopefully it is just fluid retention instead of the oil causing metabolism slowdown.

@vanesslifeygo You don't have to hold it under your tongue for it to absorb. Just put it there and drink water right away to wash it down. It's just to avoid the taste buds.

There are 4 different size options for the Ethiopian Black seed oil. 3 are glass bottles, and one is plastic. There is also an Egyptian oil that is a milder oil.

Raw sea moss will last for a year or two. Sea moss gel last for about 3 weeks in the refrigerator. You can add fruit, the consistency all depends on how much water you add.

I always wondered why the instructions for appliances have to SPELL EVERYTHIGN OUT for people that seem like common sense, but now I get it. There really are people out there who DONT READ the instructions and just do whatever they want with electrical appliances! Then want to sue the company when accidents happen. You overfilled the cup and didn't put liquid like the woman behind the camera was saying to do. Those things are way too expensive to be playing around with.

If you are talking about the white circles you find on some of the Irish sea moss, it's a natural occurrence due to their reproductive process. You don't have to take it off or worry about it.

I work out, and happen to see your channel. I’m from L.A. taught dance fitness/ hip hop fitness for decades, I put out there on Facebook my opinions on why are they pushing this shot, free food, tickets, trips, beer hamburgers donuts? And my “Friends” all ignored me, I never went back to gym I worked at, I’m old enough to call it quits anyway, but the negative feedback from those who took it😩… I don’t regret it, but my daughter followed her friends, some who were going in the health industry told her…she hasn’t been the same since, use to ice skate, jog, now she’s fatigued and has pains, I worry so much. Oh well glad you didn’t, God Bless🙏🏽

Hi, I am not sure why it has no smell. I have old black seed oil and they all have their original smells. Interestingly, they all smell different.
