This is by far the most helpful and informative video I have come across regarding how to navigate once you are in the entertainment industry. There are a lot of videos online that teach you the ways to break into the industry but by just listening to JD's journey I felt like I got a masterclass on ways to expand and built an art career once you get that initial break. Thank you so much Crispy Animator for this episode!!! Part 2 was definitely worth the wait!

So much unpacked in this interview with Sarah. Stop motion is timeless joy, shows like Wallace an gromit, morph and creature comforts some of my favourites. Doing the thing and telling your story in any form seems like the best solution for staying positive in this current time. Best of luck going forward Sarah, and thank you Alejandro and Sormeh for another awesome guest 😊

This episode was so inspirational!!! Absolutely enjoyed learning about shravya’s journey and also loved how you guys discussed how previs artists work, there definitely needs to be more awareness about the sheer amount of work and effort put into by you guys that helps establish a movie!

"The Little Mermaid" is one of my favorites, also! "Part of the World" is one of my top go-to song to sing when I get around a good acoustic environment! Also, highly resonate with that fear of not having the ability to hone skills for dream companies by being able to learn their proprietary software ahead of time... Stop Motion is a small niche as well that has been super tough to get into without the proper traditional resources available. I'm glad stop motion has become a mix of digital and practical over these decades and that the world seems to be becoming more compassionate as we find ways to survive through it. Such a great talk! Thank you. I'm going to always keep doing "The Thing!" :-)

Thank you very being so open to share your journey of ups and downs with us and for the thoughtful shoutout. Couldn't have asked for a more levelheaded down-to-earth Lead on such a short turnaround over at The Asylum! Thank you for sticking by through all the dark times. It's not an easy career to pursue. Passion and perseverance has been the only way getting through those thickets... thank you for being you and sharing the great Crispy Animator podcast with me! Hiii! Leo here, to Rob's point about being a generalist, I think is really important to learn and keep growing on different softwares and techniques! This has helped me as well to complete projects. Even if I'm not a generalist myself, I think is important to branch out (even if it's a little bit) to other aspects of animation! Keep the amazing content going!!!
