Women with hormonal issues will get that brown shading above their mouth or around their mouth or on their face. You look like you have melasma. See a gynecologist. Seeing a gynecologist also help get rid of your acne issue. You're too pretty of a girl to have these kinds of staining and zits all over your face.

I considered growing out my bangs but my DD20 says I don't look like me without them ❤ I used to wash & blow dry just my fringe if I wasn't showering that morning, now I hit it with dry shampoo. I had my fringe cut back in a few years back when I wanted to hide fine forehead lines. My brows are very fine and a fringe covers that up too :D
