Great work! These bearings are not officially serviceable but the method you demonstrated here seems to work just fine. I think it would be even better to fill the space between seal and the plastic protector with vaseline, too, to avoid having any space for water to stay for prolonged periods.

@@r0ckfus10n Gasoline is probably the cheapest high performance degreaser you can get but products specifically designed for degreasing might be nicer to use. If you use gasoline, I would recommended using gloves that prevent getting gasoline to your hands because gasoline is pretty bad for your skin (it degreases your skin too!).

Use an old toothbrush to apply grease. It’s sometimes less messy and I easier to apply it exactly where you want it. And don’t forget to grease the crank arm keeper screws while you’re at it.

ano po problema ng bike ko sa tuwing nakalagay siya sa bike stand tapos pinepedal ko at bibitawan eh sumasama sa pag ikot ang crank ko.. may problema ba sa bottom bracket pag ganyan? shimano bottom bracket gamit ko ngayon..
