Hello, why do mine turn white on adding salt n water and even after they're cooked it's still white😢

Hello I think maybe you could be adding a lot of salt? Because notice mine are white when I begin but by the finish time the salt is no longer on them. Again you soak for a little while I used to sprinkle salt water when on the pan and they would stay white. Try and share feedback.
