First 2 encounters in the cave kangashkan and then cubone no kidding. I made sure to bring spectrum with mean look to trap Cubone in case he flees, used mean look on Kangashkan right away, he missed his attack I threw 1 super ball caught him, and then for Cubone I used mean look right away, he attacked me twice putting my lvl 45 spectrum half health when he was just lvl 12, I threw a total of 3 hyperballs and caught him with a 4th one using a super ball. Gg

Found it in 1 minute by going to the cave and out 3 times, then walking in the exact same spot as shown here

So, well, i came to this because the catch rate for him in ruby is much lower than in saphire but it seams like you have saphire cause i caught his sibling just as easy but cannot find him on that 1 in 50 😂
