There's two more encounters on subsequent days. _Spoiler alert ahead..._ on the third encounter, while you and the trans character have a conversation about life and stuff, he asks you your opinion on transpeople. You have the option to respond that you are trans or your ex is trans as well as two generic options ("I'm fine with it" or "that's gross"). IIRC, picking the first two options will make it canon that you or your ex is trans as you carry over the save file to the sequel, SAM.
