Definitely noted two things: 1. Great sense of composition in nature. I wouldn't even dare to point my camera that way. You probably paint landscapes with colors in addition to photography. Am I right? 2. The video is beautifully edited. Do you edit it yourself, or do you have a talented assistant in this business?

I am looking for an external flash for my GR III to take potraits photos. Leica flash in your video looks fantastic but i couldn't afford it. Haha. What other the flash do you recommend beside Leica? And portraits look better in 35mm crop?
@AlexIvoryАй бұрын
Hey, godox do great ones. In all honesty I couldn’t afford the Leica one either I just snagged a used one a total bargain £70
@KevinRedderАй бұрын
FlashQ Q20 II is pretty good, strong and it comes with built-in wireless trigger.
@alfalfasnowАй бұрын
@@AlexIvory Thanks, I will look into that brand.
@alfalfasnowАй бұрын
@@KevinRedder Is it easy to adjust the setting on that one? I saw many people use that flash. But I am not sure it is really that good.
@KevinRedderАй бұрын
@@alfalfasnow it's easy to adjust the strength of the flash with push of a button. But if you're looking for pro features that allows you to adjust flash focal length/ flash zoom and swivel then Godox is a good option but will be bulkier.

Nice video man ! And dope pictures. I feel like, personally...for PORTRAITS, I would rock your setup.. Just cuz I think it'd be fun to shoot at a different angle of the flash, and really create some edgy looks with the person / portrait.. However, I feel like for street photography.. I'd rather just throw it on top of the cam, and not use the Nikon cable.. Do you ever rock it like that ? Or do you only use the SC-17 setup / method..?

Opening frame! LIT!!! Alex! Did you know Davy Crockett Used one of these Yashica cameras during the siege of the Alamo in 1836!? Using just one roll of Kodak Eastman 5222 black and white 35mm motion picture film he shot enough sprocket holes to stave off General Santa Anna and his army of 2000 men for THIRTEEN DAYS! Thank you so much for sharing! More people need to learn about the Yashica and its rich AMERICAN history of nearly 200 years. Learn more in my new youtube short "the untold history of the Yashica Mat 124G" Though he was a battle hardened bad ass, I don't think his frames would compare with yours. Sadly only a few negs have survived the passage of time, and the Smithsonian keeps them locked away from the public. SUBBED
