There are some hidden Gems like The Preserve of Vero with very low HOA and a mix of homestyles and beautiful lots.

I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful beaches and restaurants and Gulf Stream Park Horse racing track, it’s the biggest in Florida, and Pegasus And Dragon Statue it’s the third biggest statue in the United States, Atlantic Village beautiful shopping mall and full with restaurants and nightlife, Big Easy Casino the second biggest casino in Florida, and your in the city that’s in between everything in south Florida, my favorite city in Florida perfect location.❤

It was "Zero Beach" in 1975. Actually, I am so glad it remains true to itself. Zero was boring when I was a kid, but I am no longer a kid. And that suits me just fine.

I used to live in Vero Beach. I hated it due to lack of decent job opportunities, all the fun things are too far way, very car centric, and it overrun by religious old (white) people. Not great for nightlife unless you are a beer belly 68 year old biker or redneck getting drunk at a sports bar.

What is your favorite in Sebastian? Wassabi’s? I’m initially from CA and I haven’t found an amazing Mexican place yet and I’ve been here for a few years now. I’m really wanting to try Cafe 772. Their food looks amazing!

We just bought in this area, at least I think. We’re near 8th street. We have a half acre and live on a culdasac. We live in PA this is our 2nd home and plan on doing AirbNB or something along those lines until we can move.

My husband and I have lived in The Isles at Waterway Village for nine years. We love it. Perfect for retirees who want a beautiful, well-managed neighborhood with no upkeep. The location makes it easy to get downtown or to the island. You called it.

Thanks, i think my choice of words could have been better here... something was lost in translation from my brain to my mouth! What I really wanted everyone to know was that Southwest Vero beach is full of great, establish neighborhoods with lots of beautiful trees and traditional style, custom built homes. Not your typical tract HOA neighborhoods right on top of each other.. I think these neighborhoods are so great for families looking for a little bit more space and more character in a home!

No, I don't at this time. there's only a small portion of Vero Beach that is buildable west of I 95 as of now, I don't believe they have expanded it much.

Vero Beach has an airport too, and from Hartford, Ct. they offer direct flights to and from the town. That's a major reason I plan on visiting the area soon and to see things for myself. Much easier to fly right to Vero versus traveling to WPB and then driving up.

Worst time ever to buy Mrs. "Realtor." Tell perspective buyers to expect negative equity immediately after their purchase. Since homes are still Overpriced by 35-50% & Interest rates are at 7.5%, Coupled with HIGH Property Taxes, home Insurance, & H.O.A. fees. Its nothing but a hole in the ground eating up ALL of your equity for the next 10 yrs. Worst time ever to buy

Regarding the Vero Beach airport, currently the only flights that are seasonal are the flights from Vero Beach Airport to Islip. The other destinations from Vero Beach Airport, White Plains, Hartford and Providence are year-round.

I agree that Vero Beach isn't for everyone but it is for those who want a smaller town feel. Hollandale Beach is north Miami and it's going to be a completely different living experience. I agree that it is nice and theres so much to do! But you also have to combat traffic and population and high rise condominiums that line the beach. To each his own :)

Great question Bill! The downtown/art district area is going to be your most affordable. The homes there are older and smaller typically. The neighborhood is very charming. However, a lot of the homes that you will find there may need repairs and upgrades and updating. I think it's totally worth the investment, this is a very popular and hot area for real estate. The next most affordable is waterway village. there are some older phases of the community and some new construction phases of the community and they can be a really affordable way to get into a spacious home in a very well established HOA community here in Vero Beach. I think you should add that most of the communities such as Sebastian River Landings doesn't allow short term rentals. I believe the lease has to be at least 6 months or maybe even 12 months. We live in Orlando and vacation at Disney's Vero Beach. We love Sebastian and want to move to Sebastian in 2030 when our children go to college. We love the Sebastian fishing, the Sebastian spoil islands, the Sebastian sandbar and the boat ramps at Dale Wimbrow park and main street are not busy. Plus you are somewhat close to Orlando airport and the Disney resorts. We look forward to Sebastian and the fishing, boating, etc and it being quiet by 9 pm.

Thanks for taking the time to make this video. Your information, aside from the flooding issues, didn't seem specific to Vero Beach. The points you brought up could be applied to almost any residential community in America. I loved Vero Beach when I last visited, but I noticed the cell phone reception on the island was really sketchy. Things like that should be in your video.

I live and work in Vero, so I can really only speak to the area I live and serve. People call us every day asking for infoemation about our area- and we help thwm decide if Vero Beach is or is NOT where they want to be. Its not for everyone, and thats ok! I love living here personally

We looked in vero. A bit pricey and the whole town is closed down by 9pm. A little sleepy for our taste.
