Hi there - by "counter clock button" are you talking about the mixer running automatically and counting down? how you make the bowl to turn counter clockwise?

hi @israelmartinez-u4y . If you have a 3 phase mixer, when you plug that mixer in, you have a 50% chance the bowl and the mixing hook will spin the right direction, and a 50% change the mixer will be running backwards. When the mixer runs backwards the dough rides up the hook and sprays everywhere. It won't work very well. To fix this, an electrician can change some wires. It's a very common issue and fix. These Cuppone ovens are hard to find , i'm in Dominican Republic and finding it's near impossible to find one .. I just want a reliable electric oven and Cuppone is one of the very few who's electrics are reliable
