Thanks to this guide and some practice range usage, I’ve been able to creep my way out of Bronze and into Gold. One non Namor-related tip I would have for all of you is to make sure that you are flexible and not a one-trick pony. Sometimes you will have to switch off of Namor, even if it hurts your ego a bit.

As a namor player, how do you actually counter this guy? A vanguard with a shield? Like in gold elo this guy is a nightmare- your whole team actually needs to focus his octopi intentionally otherwise gg, his dps is very strong and with good aim he can really be a nightmare, does anyone know what his actual counter is?

I would assume that "Slightly reduce the spread angle between every two blast arrows" means the three arrows that are shot \ | / ( 2 spaces between) The space between arrows 1 and 2, and the space between arrows 2 and 3 have been shorted to something like this \ | / ( 1 space between). If I am correct, it definitely could be worded better. Sorry if I'm wrong

best guide, but Magneto is the one character whose gameplay I just can't wrap my head around, he's so sluggish in everything he does. His bubbles would make way more sense on a shorter cooldown, not a long 8-seconds lol. His shot/sword animation cancel spam isn't consistent, he does it twice then only uses sword, otherwise the timing is exacting doing it manually. With the bubble, you'll take damage immediately after it breaks while standing in projectiles, and then his full mag cannon doesn't even do half a bar of damage on the practice bots at normal range. At 14:50, his special teamup ability - which I initially mistook for part of his regular kit and found intriguing - is a lot like Thor's Awakening Rune, except Thor has it as a standard ability

Might depend if his ultimate gets the damage boost from his passive transformation. But it'll still be worth combining them for the increased health pool. It might not do amazing damage, but it seems like relatively consistent aoe, and in the other trailer with the skin they show him moving quite a distance with it.

From what I understand the ultimate is not a defined number of hits but you can keep jumping if you hit enemies, so basically even on a defensive ult you can keep jumping infinitely, so the best way to deal with it it's to kill fantastic when he ults. Dunno how the ult interacts with his super inflated state though
