Your initial measurements was wrong.. Definitely you took the measurement on the Belt when he came for measurements

@ ok sir, the persons waist is 37 and I used 37 when cutting but after joining there was extra 2inches added to the measurement I took for the back

Because of space management, you can have one Table for now... But ideally, it should be two Tables. One for cutting, the other one for gumming / preparation. In bigger Fashion Houses, you see more than 2 Tables

It's from the fabric you used to cut it... Some vintage fabrics do shrink while ironing
