It would be really nice if we could see more than just your upper body. Yes, many of us out here are wondering if we have flat back posture. And yet you never give us a whole body view. So please maybe redo the video with the whole body view of the actual body shape and posture. Also, please show the exercise again with the whole body.Not just above the waist. Thank you so much.

Its hard to see the QL's when the guy has a muffin top. Also, love handles and visceral fat is a source of chronic disease as men approach and pass middle age. The QL's are located deep below other layers of muscle, but if you can't see your serratus posterior muscles, you probably have an unhealthy about of back and visceral fat.

Hey I have been having Shock on touching Right cervical trapezius junction and this is from mouse shoulder. i have been suffering for 2 years. Have done this exercise unfortunately have left mid back pain to keep teraband front when right hand going back. I followed other ur vidoes too for rhomboid pain to bring scapulas together and doing all exercises to bring thoracic mobility and i hope i will be absolutey pain free soon. Any suggestions to switch off the shock on cervical trapezius due to mouse shoulder? (mri is normal)

Does this help with the pop when you put your arms out to the side and rotate the shoulder inward/to the front? (Essentially rotating the hands down and shoulder forward) I hope this makes sense.

i have the same problem, from the same injury (i had dozens of them), I have that red band and do those about once every 3 months, lol. Guess I should do them more often. But question...as a result I have PTT pain especially with cycling. Any tips to address both of these together, other than consistency and time?

So I have made beats for 18 years that means I've been on the computer for 18 years I recently got a bad shoulder cramp was concerned did some research it was shoulder mouse , but I get what he's saying the muscle has been stretched too far and got too comfortable in that position and it's irritating nerves that aren't comfortable follow his exercises I already feel better thanks man 😌🙌🚑🚑

Also I find to stretching your shoulders to almost touch allowing your chest to stretch without tension helps also stick your arms out and rotate them you will feel better

I was on a vacation at a hill station and was exploring the entire place so I walked a lot. Lots of intense steeps and slopes. And then I had an acute pain in my knees out of no where. It was like a knife being stabbed in my knees. For 2 days I was not able to stretch my leg properly. Half of my vacation was ruined. After looking a lot on KZbin I found this video. I tried it and it really worked very well for some time. I could walk normally. However the pain came back when i was walking on a steep road again but this time i implemented this same thing and i fixed it then and there. I still have to show it to an ortho.

wow....i struggled with serious neck issues for 3yrs and it took me all that time to figure out that my issue was the weakened scapula....nothing to actually do with my neck. PT therapist just had me doing the neck stretches all the time....wish i wouldve watched this video sooner.
