Welp. You should have gone with montana tags. With montana tags it's no longer an atv but a quadricycle. Reciprocity allows tags to move between states.

This is why nobody respects the NYPD. They really suck and don't actually do their jobs and stop real crime. They stop citizens who ACTUALLY follow the law. They're ridiculous!

The NYPD have Tough Jobs and They Get No Respect on the Street. I have many family and friends who are NYPD & FDNY so I respect their Job. I Just Got Lucky with the 1 Guy who wanted to make an example out of me for the Rookies. In the end I bit my Tongue and He let me walk away with a ticket.

when citizens needs to explain to police how laws work you know the system is screwed

yeah but to be fair people want to "defund the police" that doesn't help with the outstanding issues... we need regulation + more trainings to ensure they're up to snuff with the laws. You can't expect a smart, educated cop when there's no money to educate them on the laws, anyone who becomes a cop doesn't need very many hours of law training to do so. I've noticed they seem to either learn the laws on their own or on the job when they're shadowing which would explain why they're uninformed. But you're not wrong, the system is definitely screwed.

Jose well said. Todays NYPD are under funded and Not trained properly. Most of todays NYPD are under 35 years old and Do Not Have the proper training to do their Job. ( you also need experience with any job) I personally have many family and friends who are with the NYPD & FDNY so I respect them and the Job that they are doing. NYPD & FDNY need more Funding and Training.

@@josefarias111 I completely agree, we need increase funding for police training and increase regulations but there is always a catch. You also need to make sure the money is spent efficiently and effectively which when it comes to the US government almost never happens. Kind of sad really.

@@allandiaz6492 you are not wrong in that regard. If done right though we'd be able to rely on local states / cities to impose those regulations. It obviously still won't be as efficient / effective but it's better than no change whatsoever. And as much as i love to bash on the US government for lacking efficient and effective methods, it seems as though many US government (by which i mean federal), do employ methods of keeping their direct agents / employees better versed in law. Though this may be more of a side effect than a direct action on their part given the requirements generally imposed for such positions. For example working for the FBI / CIA / (any other 3 letter named org / even national park services / rangers / etc...). The individuals in those positions tend to have a better understanding of the laws though this may be due to the requirement of college education in some form of "criminal justice / law" or actual enjoyment of the job / interest in it. For example those working for the national park service as rangers / etc... tend to enjoy nature / want to preserve it so they tend to have an overall better understanding of laws pertaining to that. (though again this may not be true for everywhere but in comparison to state level departments they do better)

Most likely a D car, marked cars were too quick to roll up on you, wouldn't be a coincidence for the regular marked units to be there so quick

After I got Home I Realized it was a D car. I know the NYPD is used to people Running From them. They didnt even get close enough to me for me to see it was a D car because if I seen it was a D Car I would Of pulled over without hesitation. I Never Ran Away from the NYPD. I Do Not break any vehicle traffic laws and I respect the Road.
