Wow, this is a trip down memory lane, and I wasn't even there! I walked into my first VM rehearsal about six months after this was filmed, so this is basically the group I first met in person... and joined... and then performed with for 12 years. Many in this video have moved on or passed away, but a LOT of them are still active with the chorus. All were strangers to me then, but brothers now. THANK YOU for sharing this!

I remember going to see the Dapper Dans of Harmony in NJ perform an annual show in the late 60's and this song was in it. My dad bought their album and I listened to it enough times to memorize all the parts. This is a Fred King arrangement. My quartet is planning to learn it. The sheet music and learning tracks are available at the society website.
