Nick is a national treasure, and a great embassador for Washington state. I live in Ontario Canada and plan on coming out to see some of this great geology I have learned from Nicks youtube channel. Thanks for bringing us along on this flight.

Great tour and video! Helped me with sightseeing flight. Appreciate the names and insights. Minor feedback: no need for so many disclaimers, obviously you are a professional and using discretion.

I love the sound of the blades beating the wind. A Huey distinction.

What model Huey is this? I don’t recognize it. That instrument panel throws me off.

Thanks Maria, i believe if i were to ever learn to fly i think the helicopter over the fixed-wing aircraft .. the motorcycles of the sky for independent thinkers i guess that's why they're each 'choppers'

Beautiful video thanks for taking us along! .. but not just drug overdoses ~ i'm sure there are lots of us golden oldies who may run into any range of issues so i'm thankful (and maybe a smidge more likely to attend) they have a Med Evac helicopter on location...there's a Dylan and Willie and Billy Strings concert this summer there will be lots of gray hair at that event they may need an extra chopper

Hadn't seen this before - spectacular footage. VERY different from the ground-level view I encountered in 2022. I doubt I could afford a similar aerial tour, but it would be fun and instructive.

Does this model have a governor/correlator or do you have to manage RPM? How much are you adjusting? Like a Bell 47 or not that bad?

Due to its unique sound of the two blades, in Germany we use to call the Huey the “rug beater”. How I miss this work horse.

Yes and where I am the CH-46’s were very common. Talk about a “rug beater” :) Now they’re gone as well.
