My favorite part of these, starts out with health and fitness, immediately moves into substance use for 30 minutes and then kicks back to health and fitness at the end.

is this for shoulder pain?
@AlGhulPerformance Жыл бұрын

Why not just drape chains over the bar? You'd get the increased resistance as you go up, but with no risk of the bands snapping or finding a place to attach them
@AlGhulPerformance Жыл бұрын
Bands are a different resistance profile than the chains

What does this do?

I do these everyday. Had no clue they were useful, maybe my trainer was decent, although we never did these. I just do it to loosen my hips before squatting
@AlGhulPerformance2 жыл бұрын
Yeah man the slower you can do the them the better your control will get
@Regnob1962 жыл бұрын
Bro just back squat
@AlGhulPerformance2 жыл бұрын
I do and have for you the last 12 years. As you should know loading the spine with weight compresses all of the vertebrae where this is doing the exact opposite allowing them more space. So if running my head into a wall repeatedly was the goal then I would just back squat bro
