The lyrics of Red Sails were written by Jimmy Kennedy. He was from Portstewart and wrote it about a local sailing boat called Kitty. The boat still exists. Jimmy also wrote the words to Teddy Bears' Picnic.

Though this man is quite agile with his legs and even his body, I would not call what he is doing "Irish Dancing". Best example of great Irish Dancing is Morgan Bullock's amazing very controlled body posture when she dances, just as Irish Dancing should be. I cannot stop watching her art and technique. She looks like her legs are twice their length; what a beautiful dancer she is! This guy's body is way too loose (watch his arms!) to be called Irish Dancing. Sorry. He is just dancing and the main thing: he is enjoying himself, which is the main idea on such a ceilidh.

Ireland has a love for blacks since both were treated poorly.. We were also used as slaves and were forced to work on plantations in the past and we also went through one of the worst/ changing moments of the times during the sixty's we love them and are always welcome to ireland
