Warehouses and a casino. Where are the restaurants? Where are the stores? Where are the new homes?

We've been watching this go nowhere for what felt like 15 years, amazing to see it moving.

Not going to lie, for a while there I though this was one of those pie-in-the-sky ideas that would never get passed the pitch phase. I'm delighted to be wrong about that, this will be an amazing addition to the Shorewood, Joliet and Plainfield area!

When will construction begin??
