At the 0:31 mark in this (very crappy) installation guide video, it says "place the filter", yet it shows them rinsing the filter under water. I guess we are supposed to "rinse the filter" before we "place the filter". It was nice of them to take the time to produce a top quality video.

I am in need of a new motor. The last full cleaning I did I obviously waited too long, and I could not get the fan part out of the motor casing. One of the “blades” broke off and the entire thing seems to be stuck. How can I get a replacement motor?

This video doesn’t mention soaking the filter first, it just says rinse, so I’m a bit confused as I’m sure when I saw a review they said you had to soak the new filter for 10 minutes first 🤔

Don't wash it with the water. It will ruined. When I cleaned it for the first time. I washed the base with water and it has not able to turned back on. There are electric wire inside. I was lucky that Petkit agreed to send me a replacement afterward. U can only wipe it with damp fabric.

Update, I switched out the USB brick that goes into the wall with a different one and now it works. Apparently if the light is cycling green and blue it means your power source is too weak.

I got one for my three cats and was so pleased I bought a second one a month later. No problems setting up, except for the deodorizing spray. I got the the second spray to be identified on my phone for the second unit and it works fine, and now the first spray will not connect, although it worked when I had only the one unit. I’m wasn’t sure if the boxes are too close together, so I moved them into separate rooms. Nope. When I contacted the company online I got a robot (named Romondo) asking the same questioms over and over (which I have addressed), and am unable to get help for the actual problem. Anyone out there who has had the same problem?

It absolutely does not work. I have a Yumshare Dual Hopper paired and remotely accessible as the main unit, and a water fountain eversweet Max, that can only be paired via Bluetooth. Reality does not match this video at all, no clue on how to connect the water fountain to the feeder. I also tried to unpair it from the phone and restart them both, no way.

Did you find it? I had to look for a while and thought I did it get it. But it was in the box. Just very well camouflaged, straight underneath the spray container itself. A small plastic thingy.

So i had the fountain paired to my app and i tried to reset the filter but it wouldnt reconnect to the fountain. I removed the device and tried to re-pair with it but it will not find the fountain. How do i put the fountain back into pairing mode?

At first, i was getting annoyed when it came to cleaning it. I will admit I did curse a lot lol and was like "who tf made this to where I can't take it apart to clean it?" But obviously, I wasn't using the main feature. By connecting it to the wifi and having it cleaned by using the app or putting on the timed cleaning service, I barely have to clean it all the time. I have three cats and all use it and it's barely even dirty inside now. I love this thing. I clean it but it's not even that dirty anymore. Gotta use the app and connect the litter machine to the wifi. I do like checking the app the to see who use the bathroom and how much one of these cats weight and whatnot. This thing is awesome. We might get more stuff off the app. Anyways, if you're looking to get this, buy it. You will not regret but you gotta connect it to the wifi. It'll help you so much. You have no idea.
