Unfortunately you will lose sales if don’t allow customers the choice of colours, we are about to cancel our order because we are not going to pay a large sum of money for a caravan with colours we just don’t like.

@@snowyrivercaravans would love to chat to you about that, we are getting a different story from the dealer. We are told you can’t mix and match any colours have to choose from the themes, we don’t like any of the themes. I’m talking about the interior colours, cupboards Benchtops etc.

@@snowyrivercaravans thanks that means it’s not fully customisable I have to pick from the set themes, just confirming if I want a benchtop from one theme and a floor from another that’s not possible? If that’s the case I’ll end up having to cancel my order. I can’t spend $85,000 and end up with colours I don’t like. As I said in my original post competitors allow colour selections as you used to do, I’ll have to go to my second choice now.

Haven't found mine not to be fuel efficient, unless I go slow. It has the same shape and frontal area as the longer vans so similar wind resistance. Weight doesn't have much effect on economy in flat country. ie central Australia. Hilly it will. It's lighter weight though, makes it easier to keep within the legal towing weights.

Check your wiring coming from battery has containment on the wires our snowy River SRC21S caught fire and had to be written off it was only 9 months old

I bought a snowy SRC19S 3 years ago and it has been excellent value for money. It is mostly made in China like most things these days but the electric fitout etc and compliance work is done in Melbourne. We found the warranty works well - we had a niggle with the shower drain not properly connected and water leaking onto the floor. We bought the caravan in Nowra and the issue was fixed straightaway under warranty in Adelaide. At our annual rego check and service, the repairer noticed a crack in a window frame which we had not seen - he got approval from Snowy Warranty to get it replaced before even telling us. The van tows very well. It is highly recommended.

We've had ours for 18mths now & are very happy with it but DO NOT agree with your comments on the suspension, it's as rough as guts & bounces all over the road (Nth Qld). Our old 93 windsor statsman with its independent coil overs towed 100% better & I will be changing the suspension before it shakes the van to pieces.

Would never recommend these poorly constructed flat-pack Chinese imports made of inferior materials. I have owned 2. The 2nd was to replace my 8 week old NG15 that broke its suspension arm whilst traveling downhill on the Hume Highway. The replacement van SR17 is just a joke.

The after sales service is very poor. Once payment was made on a src21 on the 04-05-22. Faults were found and told they would be fixed. Still waiting
