I'm getting rid of my melee but suddenly every crystal is breaking when I punch any. Any idea what might be causing it? Was working before.

UPDATE EVERYONE! This is the only method to cheese the first encounter as Bungie has patched ball duping!

at 2:35 you dont need salvations grip if you are on titan. go right instead of left above 1st encounter door, once u get to the salvations edge area just stasis titan melee instead

really nice find for a solo player. in master u can use the touch of winter stasis aspect on hunter with duskfield instead of the salvations grip since the stasis surge makes it impossible (i think) to do that part. just switch to stasis at the rally then switch off when ur past it.

not sure if I did something wrong but trying it today completed the 1st encounter but didnt spawn the 1st boss for some reason

Lol it takes 5 mins to run the opening mission. Its sad you guys still need to glitch encounters just to avoid playing the actual game.

what is the benefit of skipping the first encounter to do the next instead? it doesn't seem that much faster

Vortex grenades don’t stack though so maybe use a different one??

One thing that annoys me about this encounter in the inside could be even simpler and faster with the strategy i had for it which basically boiled down to "1. Give your shape to the other shape you see on the wall ex: you're square and see triangle on the wall, give the square you have to triangle, 2. If you're doubled, call this out and give your shapes to each person 3. If you're not doubled but someone is, give your shape to them instead, ex: If you're square but circle is doubled, give your square to circle" And all that works because you will always have at least one of your shapes at the start of inside, but when my group tried this, it didnt work because, according to them, you have to be stoned first, which to me is stupid that its a rule for this encounter
