The “constitution” was taught in school. In the 90s my 5th grade teacher was very upset with the school board because they changed her curriculum. They basically gutted the constitution and taught the basics. Her name is Mrs Whitman and I’ll never forget her telling us if don’t understand the constitution we will not understand why our freedoms are so important. She had an all year program that taught us all about the constitution one week at a time. It was great.

I am grateful for Americans, United States citizens of all kinds alive right now trying sincerely to make the best decisions possible. The time is rife for change and I appreciate that Americans are keeping their beginner's mind to be receptive to positive change and a new frontier with a new president. It is not trivial that Americans have chosen to let go of a felon and impeached former conservative president who vies to overturn the legal cases against him but will fail under the constitution and under every day American's gratitude for that constitution. It is not trivial that Americans are rejecting a return to the distant past, these are Americans so were taught to be thankful for the civil rights movement, and for the emancipation proclamation, and reprehensive but accepting of America's history of hypocritical racial exploitation despite it's principal of equality. It is essential to the backbone of the United States that those teachings do not just go out the ears they went into however many years ago but are actually permanently digested and ingrained in American hearts. The third eye of America is flexible and transcendent, it has been healed by marijuana's legalization and by the wisdom of all ages and cultures openly available through free speech and free publishing in our United States, we do not know what we are headed into with certainty by opening the horizons but although it is s bit scary we realize it is failure to revert to an earlier stage. Thank you for being American down to it's real history and teachings so you can enjoy it's fruits and what comes of then not just relive the old mistakes because we are grateful for what generations before us did.
