As someone returning many years after playing some vanilla content but never making it to max level ... I decided to use the max boost I got from purchasing the expansions and begin with HoT since this is the point at which max level is required to access content. I realized quickly in HoT that there's a lot of background I was missing, and your video was an incredible way to get caught up! Definitely beats reading the Wiki, though the amount of detail in the Wiki story summary is nice for those wanting a little more. Anyway, I appreciate your delivery! Thank you! Edit: I should add, anyone who max boosts and skips to some expansion: Highly recommend that you do the first chapter of Path of Fire to unlock mount! Then you can go back and do any story that your heart desires on any character with access to a mount.

Started HoT storyline not long ago, jumping directly from the personal story and during my whole run so far I was like, "excuse me, who is this?" This helped a lot to introduce the characters, thanks It's sad that LWS1 isn't available anymore but hopefully with LWS3 I'll have more context for Path of Fire Edit: I was so upset with the whole thing around Eir's death I main a norn warrior so, she was there with my character since the beginning, and then boom Such a sudden death, and the commander's reaction being so bland regarding the lost of someone so close...

Returning player from 2013 (before Living Story 1 came out) and this was great to catch up on. It's really a shame how the missions themselves are so boring and it seems like Season 3 gets a little contrived, but now I understand who Aurene is because I was totally lost when checking out PoF haha. Still kinda dumb just from the story that all of a sudden we don't want to kill the dragons because magic reasons?? Oh well what ever. Thanks again for this.

Heart of Thorns didn't just end, the Dragon Stand map meta results in the death of Mordremoth and is supposed to take place at the same the player character is slaying Mordremoth in the dream... Since the map meta doesn't take place in a story it is more like you are just a pact soldier assault the dragon while your story driven hero is simultaneously fighting.... I know it is weird but mordremoth officially dies at the end of Heart of Thorns, they mention his death in PoF story and cineamatics.

Will you come back to GW2 for the next xpac? and do you have any plans on doing one of these for PoF too?
