No Duff Charitable Trust

No Duff is a volunteer Veterans NGO committed to providing immediate welfare assistance to past and present members of the NZDF, particularly veterans, in order to ensure that the mental, physical, financial, spiritual and social health of all personnel is maintained at the highest possible level.

The basic concept of operations for this organisation is to provide first response, boots on the ground support where and when required to current and former service personnel, particularly veterans, in critical need. To do so we have built a network of volunteers across the country who are willing to support the New Zealand veteran community.

No Duff has partnered with the Royal New Zealand Returned Services Association and Veterans Affairs New Zealand to achieve best effect for New Zealand veterans. No Duff has also joined with Overwatch Australia to form a global support network.

We speak of Bravery, well this Mans open vulnerability is one facet in the precious & rare stone that is called Bravery. Junior, you're right, some of the pills given out for sleep & anxiety cause far worse problems after the first 2 weeks use . . but, if you can stay strong eventually the ecosystem of your mind & your life begin to thrive & feel joy again. Ben was my roommate and training partner at the Invictus Games in Sydney in 2018. He's a great guy, and has become a good mate, we need a catch up buddy!
