I’ve used the GoPro app for years, how well does the Osmo app work for video editing?

I’ve used the Hero 5 session for years but it’s out of updates. Still works well and wanted to get all extra features of the new cameras. I’ll keep researching before I make a decision tho, thanks for the update.

I was worried about the clearance so we elected to just get a bone-in breast. It’s in a brine based on Alton Brown’s Good Eats show. Gonna inject with Tony’s Cajun butter and smoke. Haven’t made up my mind about fast and hot or slower like yall. Cooking with CJ does Woodfire videos and did his hotter and faster so I’m a bit divided on strategy. Guess we shall see. I love mine. I have two espresso machines. One is manual and the ninja has become the go-to machine. It’s easy enough that my 11 daughter is able to make herself a latte. It’s espresso shots and drinks are a close second to shots from my manual machine. FYI, it’s not in the book, but you can measure out your own pre-ground coffee for the drip, and pre-ground espresso, or grind for espresso in a separate grinder for one off flavors. I grind dark roasts in a hand grinder that I put into the ninja portafilter. It doesn’t affect the barista assist numbers either because it knows you bypassed the grinder.

What is the claimed CFMs and MPH on the blower?

Nice video! When dialing in the espresso you were supposed to use a normal double shot instead of the quad shot, the reason you could't select it on the dial was that the machine detects if you have the double basket or the luxe basket installed in the portafilter. So you would need to change the basket for the "normal" espresso to be selectable on the dial. Looking forward to seeing how you get like the milk drinks when you get some more experience with the machine. Can't wait to get my own, but it hasn't launched in Norway yet so I'm experiencing the machine vicariously through youtube videos for now :D

You mentioned something about spaces in the pin. It looked like you put in ## ## (two numbers a space and two numbers) Or is it # # # # (number space number space number space number)?

These are poorly designed. Have the exact same one. Soon after we bought it I had to put a spacer between the ice tray and door to keep it seated. It kept coming unseated then wouldnt dispense ice. Easy fix but it was annoying to have to do that.

Sir, you are doing God's work. I have the same issue and have decided to replace the whole door. I suspect LG has a flaw there and it's only a matter of time before more failures. I'll buy a door and it happens again I'm getting a fridge from someone else. Problem is - they all suck in the long run. 🤦

Can you please link your grill plate you replaced?

I came across the same issue that the water dispenser failed. Found this video which gave me some clue for doing the job. I used a guitar pick to separate the front panel with the side. Has to be careful for all the tabs around are plastic, unjam the front to get access to the connectors. The rest is straight forward up to video 5:15. There were 2 upward tab locking the plate from behind. Those tabs are quite inaccessible, ended up breaking them as shown in video 6:15. Never mind if you did it, the clip in the front will still hold the front guard in place. The mico switch need to replace if the connections rusted out, or the water ingress to the switch. Usually due to leaking flapper from the ice box or after years of service. The other parts to check if the rocker arm has worn out. The arm was mounted by a steel screw, the bore will enlarge on tear and wear. The loose bore kept the arm from making good strike to the micro switch, this caused a hit and miss when the dispenser flap pushed from the front. No ice or water will be dispensing. Micro switch and arm can be found on most internet parts supplier. I did the job within two hours, breaking 2 tabs but a good saving to call for LG service. BTW I have a Maytag fridge for 20 years but the dispenser never gave any trouble. LG have all the goodies like the inverter drive but the parts are not durable as European brand.

I use Bear Mountain Oak Pellets for a bit of Texas flare! I won 2nd Place KCBS Rib with my trailer grill/smoker. 3-2-1 method. Ribs on the Woodfire is shorter cook time so play with the time! Light mustard rub then salt pepper onion garlic. Wrap in brown butcher paper at the 3 hr for 2 hrs in wrap place back on grill. Melt “Apple Jelly” with just enough water to melt the jelly. Brush ribs with the melted jelly lightly. 10 min later brush again……10 min later brush again. Remove let rest then cut and serve. I have a vid on my channel apple jelly glazed ribs! Your ribs look awesome!!!

I use Crocodile Cloth Grill wipes I ordered from Amazon. The next day after the grill has cooled I give it a good wipe down inside and out! It doesn’t get down to the showroom new look but it is clean. I keep wiping till the cloth no longer has residue color on the cloth. Then I use a warm wet rag to finish cleaning! Great video! Thanks

I have a GoPro 8 and GoPro 10. I shot video today with the GoPro 8. Both have been excellent. Tough as nails. I have mulktiple batteries . I only now use GoPro batteries. I think you have made a great choice. AGain thanks for your videos. These work great in the oceon. You will need to get all of the accesories to have a chest mount, or Head mount. The differnet water accessorieds to keep from losing your GoPro.The come in Kits. with slick carrying cases. Also Go Pro Selfie Stick and Tripod adatpers. Keep plenty of Batteries and some come with Chargers to charge multiple batteries at the same time.. Good Luck . It will make it easier to Narate and also allow both of you in the Video. You both need to be in the Video. It works better. There is a nice balance to each other. Discovery you come to has an innocent naiveness that shouild encourage people to try new things.

Thanks for the video. I'm not sure I would have had the confidence to take this apart without the video. It took me about 4 hours to complete the job. I made one mistake so a word to anyone else that tries this. Near the end, I tested it before pushing the control panel back into place and everything worked fine. Then I pushed the control panel back into place and nothing worked. Pulled the panel out again and kept staring at it. Finally noticed that the largest connector wasn't totally seated in place. Pushed it the rest of the way in and everything worked fine.
