since smelting house makes a lot of sense i think you should make a starter house specifically for crafting and storing which you can store all of your crafting materials so you won't have to wander house to house for resources

I have a total of 55 librarians in my base and they are giving insane deals like 1 silk touch for 5 emeralds and 1 book only and 1 mending for 11 emeralds and sharpness v for only 15 emeralds and many more ....

Maybe use a repeating piston on only 1 basalt generator so it would push basalt out to the block pushing limit which makes a regenerating line of basalt, then place a hopper+chest under the end of the line of basalt, mine the end of the line of basalt and then it will keep pushing and regenerating so you don’t have to worry about lava burning it, blocks in the way or quality! This also can work with cobblestone generators but isn’t recommended for cobblestone bc hoppers are better. This is a solution to the update!
