if you do full course and a PR too , for colleges like fanshawe it is around 7000 to 10000 but You can get grant also from ontario

we need to send it directly by asking our university for transcripts so you need to login to your university and ask for transcripts and then receiver should be ECE email or their address

I think they will send a letter to you telling how you can get level 2 or 3 .. either by applying through Alberta becoming a teacher or through completing courses

No you can use the same , but this time login to Wes and then order a copy for education license and they will charge you some fees
