In a way, L4D3 exists. The L4D community has made loads of custom campaigns, some of which are better than the original campaigns from the game. That's the closest we'll ever come to a third game, but honestly it's a great alternative, they're a blast to play. Admire your commitment tho, I support ya, even if Valve doesn't lol.
