looked at the capacitor C196. It has the value of 220uF 35v. may be stuffed. it is next to the on/off button.

Conductors can't leave the doors open while in motion unless they are presently guarding it. I'm thinking this person opened it themselves because even OBS personnel can only open the hatch until a full set on the brakes is made

Obviously the right driver's fault that didn't pay attention to realize his lane was ending, but man the middle car panicked. With those small cars, they could've squeezed 3 wide b/w wall to cone imo. And worst case if you have to hit someone, try to hit the guy at fault, not the innocent guy minding his business.

And no one stopped to see if the guy was ok they just kept going, it was the cR that swerved to miss the cone fault but the car that left the scene was at fault too hope they get charged..

All three of them were kind responsible for the accident. The black car was supposed to be aware of what is happening around him. A line is about to end. You have to be ready for cars coming to your line and watch out. The focus should have given the white car space to merge and he also hesitated to change lines; cause the black car would have just braked. The white car is the worst. He should have changed much earlier.

The person who causes the wreck never slowed down 1 mph, that forced the focus to chase after him and left left the worst damaged car just stuck on the road.
