Think Naruto surviving OP world highly depends on when he starts. Like, if you we to throw him in at the beginning of his story when he fights Mizuki in Episode 1, he's getting absolutely annihaliated by almost any OP villain. But if you drop him in as he is during the beginning of Shippuden, he definitely has a good shot of making it.

@@Rose_Scales At the end of his journey, Naruto is very powerful. But the scenario I'm talking about is Naruto, as he is in episode 1 of Naruto. If he were to fight the enemies that Luffy does at the beginning of his journey, he gets obliterated, full stop. Period. But, since Luffy began his journey at 17, I feel it's fair to also consider the possibility of Naruto starting from the start of Shippuden as well. And in that scenario, he would have a solid shot of making it through because he has more experience and power. So, yeah. This isn't about endgame scaling or who's stronger than who. It's about whether or not Naruto could do what Luffy can do when he was able to do it. lol
