Jazakallahu Khairan, brother. Would you please also make a video regarding the topic "Who Should We Take Islamic Knowledge From?" and the importance of caution before taking Islamic knowledge from any random person? The reason I am requesting this topic is that I have recently come across many individuals who are highly educated in the general education system but lack formal Islamic education. It is unclear where they got their Islamic education from-whether they have studied Islam under any recognized institute or Shaykh who teaches authentic Islamic knowledge. Using their higher qualifications from the general education system, they deceive many naïve people. These individuals conduct Halaqas (gatherings) and spread numerous misconceptions about Islam. Most of the time, they cite verses from the **Qur’an** and interpret them according to their own desires while deliberately avoiding mentioning Hadith. Sometimes, they say things that are correct, so regular people do not doubt them. One of the most common narratives among them is: "Let’s not make any division within the Muslim Ummah by using labels like Sufi, Shia, Sunni, Hanafi, Maliki. We are all Muslims, so do not call yourself or each other by these names." They promote the idea of removing such distinctions from our system, arguing that there is no need to know who is Sufi, Shia, Sunni, etc. They claim, "We are all Muslims," which may sound appealing but ultimately leads to confusion and ignorance about Islamic beliefs and practices. This is a serious issue, as taking knowledge from unreliable sources can mislead many people. I believe a video on this topic would be highly beneficial in guiding people toward authentic Islamic scholarship. May Allah bless you and grant you success in your efforts. Ameen.

To summarise, the Sheikh means to explain, that much in the same way where many people go out of their way to learn the rulings when it comes to the actions of worship that are performed by the limbs, such as (the rulings and principles for the Night Prayer, or studying the rulings on the times of prohibition for the prayer, and the rulings of fasting, and how to perform Umrah, which are all predominantly actions of worship that you physically do with your limbs) then the actions of worship that you do with your heart - and that are located within your heart - is much more important. And therefore, it should be payed more importance. In the same way where you might know the rulings and principles and differences of opinions about actions of worship that you do with your limb,s then likewise you should be even more acquainted with the rulings, and principles, and sayings of the scholars when it comes to the actions of worship that are practiced on the limbs. And that is because the heart is the one main factor that determines your righteousness. Ibn Taymiyyah said: “The heart is the king of the body, and the limbs are its troops. If the king is righteous, then the troops will also be righteous. But if the king becomes corrupt, then the troops will also be corrupt”. So as yourself: Have I read the same amount of books on the actions of worship that take place in the heart, as I have read about the actions of worship that take place on the limbs?

The word عند in the Hadith does not mean literally "in front." From Sharh Sahih al-Bukhari by Ibn Battal 10/51: وقال آخرون: الواجبُ على من رأى منكرًا من ذى سلطان أن ينكره علانيةً وكيف أمكنه، روى ذلك عن عمر بن الخطاب وأبىّ بن كعب "Others said: 'What is obligatory for the one who sees an evil or rejected matter from someone possessing authority is to rebuke him publicly and however he is able. That was transmitted on authority of Umar bin al-Khattab and 'Ubayy bin Ka'b [رضي الله عنهما]..." These pro-establishment "Salafis" need to stop with these extremely academically impoverished attacks against critics of contemporary evil authorities as well as the similarly poor defenses of the same authorities. It doesn't say that "the only merit" is in a certain form of rebuke or that it must be "directly to" the ruler. Unless you think that the Hadith means that if a person sees the ruler doing something evil from within a crowd of 10,000 people, he must wait until he wades through the crowd and is "in front" of the ruler before he rebukes the evil action. That would be a very strange interpretation... - from @IbnalIskandar
