Hi Amanda Armstrong, I'm a huge fan of your KZbin channel Sharon McLaughlin MD and have been following your videos for the last few months. You consistently deliver top-notch content, and your passion and effort shine through in every video. I see incredible potential for you to reach an even wider audience with a solid KZbin strategy. I'd love to schedule a short meeting to discuss how I can help you grow your channel faster. This isn't a sales call, but rather an opportunity to share ideas and offer assistance. Thanks for your time and for creating such amazing content. Keep up the fantastic work! We can find a convenient time to chat. Let me know if you're interested.

Also sounds like depression. Or possibly bipolar disorder. Or even ADHD. I’m convinced it’s all connected.

@@Loveplusunicorns "Any unhelpful thoughts or habits or habits you have now 1 were once protective" What? It's just 2 sentences you probably took time to write, record, edit, publish and that's the result?

Hey Amanda, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your highly engaging videos and thumbnails which will help your video to reach to a wider audience and increase your subscribers and viewers.

I don't know how they say it's a "chemical imbalance"! What are the baseline numbers for a healthy brain? Which chemicals are imbalanced? What you say makes so much sense!

Hey Amanda Armstrong, I saw the videos on your channel. Your video content is excellent. To grow & increase the view of your channel you need to optimize your videos. Inspite all of your efforts videos are not being viewed. Video SEO Score is very low. The title, Description, and Tags are not SEO-friendly. Videos are not shared on Social Media platforms and many other problems are found on your KZbin Channel. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO friendly then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. So immediately need SEO for your Videos & KZbin channel. Do you want to improve those problems and grow your KZbin Channel?

Wow, that's incredibly helpful. Thank you 🙏😊 I used to do this frequently. Genuinely jumping to worrying about the absolute worst, most unlikely scenarios. I realized this myself in my late teens and would use my awareness to break the spiral.. It helped! After consciously acknowledging, I'd think about the situation rationally, using deduction and statistics (how likely/unlikely) ..I taught myself about logical fallacies and used them to critically assess situations that were physically overwhelming. It really helped but took a lot of time to change the behaviour pattern. It occurs much less often.
