Maybe you work for a reputed Casino which actually does not rig their games, which is ok, but there plenty of recording of online live roulettes where the ball bounces off in ways it would not be physically possible. There are even videos of malfunctions where the ball gets stuck "balancing" itself on the edge between two pockets while the roulette slowly spins, something that would be impossible without any interference. And there's even a video about a restoration of a table from the 1930s where they actually show the mechanical cheat they used at the press of a button to fleece patrons. A good roulette dealer can put the ball where they want it. I bought a professional wheel and within an hour I was putting the ball in the exact number 1 out of 5 and 4 out of 5 on either side . Occasionally it would kick wrong and not even be close. So if you do that 8 hours a day 5 days a week and you have people who annoy you then ya you learn to take there money.
