Great video and photography! This is where I was last month filming a video for my channel as well. Beautiful waterfall and conservation area to hike and picnic with the family. Surprised many people in Ontario don’t know this waterfall.

I can't find a map or anything to get to the actual falls part...I'm worried I will get lost after I leave the dundurn stairs part. I have also never hiked before, wondering if this is a bad idea

As a regular hiker (including all over the Bruce) I just wanted to say thank you for picking up the trash. Agreed 100 percent with the leave no trace rules that people don't seem to respect. With regards to the people saying they swim in these falls, they might want to look up this waterfall's water source... 😬

Beautiful place! I will be checking it out this year.

Thank you for cleaning up. I haven't been here but we bought a place 15 min bike ride away. Will be sure to bring some trash bag as well!

Wow great video bro, thinking about going there one of these days. Do you have to pay for parking, if so how much does it cost. And where do you park 🙂🙂

Excellent, excellent footage. I loved coming to these falls for a swim and hike a few years back. Interesting how things slightly have changed in only a matter of 4 years. And, thank you for pitching in to help keep it beautiful. Hopefully more people will follow your example. Gorgeous video ❤

This is amazing! You have visited exactly the same waterfalls that I did! Thank you for showing the way to Middle and Upper Chedoke Falls, I did not go past Lower Chedoke Falls. I only found your videos a few days ago and watched them all at once. I had a feeling that I was visiting the same falls one more time. Not many people were interested to go and explore the waterfalls. It's unbelievable that you share the same interest in falls and trails! You did make excellent videos and provide lots of details for this channel. I only took photos and short videos, but, not for public. Thank you for sharing all the details. 😊

I was reading comments that it is quite rocky. Is this only in the one area at the top of the falls?

You do realize that access into these areas is restricted and has been deemed no trespassing for several years now. By law officers issue tickets regularly for anyone caught v trespassing into the falls. as far as swimming there ...raw sewage was found to contaminate this area as well
@DiscoveryHiking10 ай бұрын
Well there weren’t any signs stating it isn’t allowed. Nor would I care. If u watched till the end of the video you’ll notice me cleaning and leaving a rant about people leaving garbage . And I know it’s sewage water which is why I would never go in lol

How long is the hike to the falls? I have two kids so wondering. Thanks
@tommymitchinson77143 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately its not the same as it used to be as water levels have dropped so much we used to jump off the tops of the upper falls but it is no longer safe. also it looked pretty bad compared to usual so you just got unlucky. And there are better trails that you did not show which leaves me to believe that you do not know to much about the area, although you seemed to get around fairly fine. My grandparents live around the corner from there and I went to balls falls camp as a kid so I know the place like the back of my hand.
