Hey Nicole, i just found your channel and subscribed this weekend. Have been binge watching! Im wondering if you could pump up the volume a bit; your voice is so soft and sometimes muffled so ive had a hard time making out what you are saying even with my volume up 100%. This happens mainly when you are in the stores. Dont know if others have this issue, but if you could speak up a bit more id really appreciate it! Love following your thrift trips! ❤

@@NicolePalmervlogs they are great in my area but I think it’s because we have a bunch of rich people living in our community! My sister lives up country and she says they’re not so great! My two daughters live in Vancouver and we have definitely found some great finds for a bit more in shops that are raising money for let say a human cause like fostering On the Sunshine coast I have done quite well too as they’re are a number of retirees there! I have managed to buy some excellent children’s books there too for my grandson!

The floral shirt fits kind of like a medium/large and I’m an xs in tops, but I like to try on things and see if I can make them work. I think the blue polo shirt was size large or X-Large, but the cut just wasn’t working for me. Thanks for watching! 😊

Honestly this is a very hard question for me to answer! I love changing up looks and getting inspired from different eras and get excited by many different styles as well. I absolutely loved this video! You have such great energy I felt like we were facetiming the whole time haha! I’m so amazed by how you managed to do these in only 30 minutes because I would be soooo stressed. My favourite piece has to be the pink lingerie dress you found in 4:18, it was so cute! And I also loved that you thought about wearing it as a top too, but the rest were such unique pieces and great vintage finds as well! I found it really funny when you said you looked like an Italian mobster in 6:21 because it was so accurate lmao. And I also loved that the outfit you were wearing at the beginning was all thrifted too! I just wish we had thrift stores like the ones from the US where I live too, because you totally just inspired me to go thrifting, and I’m so looking forward to more videos like these!

Idk if you've ever thought of this, but you can take a larger safety pin and gather pin the dress from the inside (if that makes sense) on the back to take it in. I'm a dance teacher, and we've done this several times for costumes too big at the waist.

Hey! I’ve used regular sized safety pins to pin back dresses and tops with a thinner material, but I haven’t tried with a larger pin or with thicker material. I might have to try this in the future! Thank you for the tip 😊
