I have never palyed trials and this won't make me come in for that. All this info but nothing on addressing hackers and cheaters which is what I think is actually killing PVP.

I never thought I’d say that I’d be excited to play trials. It just wasn’t fun for those of us that don’t play with people all the time and that have never made it to the lighthouse ever at least now you’ll be rewarded for winning some matches. I can’t wait to play.

Triple tap and forth times the charm in pvp wont do much cause it takes one shot to the head to kill a player in pvp especially with light level advantage on. It might take maybe 2 head shots to kill a super

The amount of cheaters and hackers in destiny pvp and lack of worthwhile content refresh is what killed pvp and that playerbase has already moved on to other games. Games whos developers actually monitor and actively make an effort to ban those who cheat. Pve scene is on its last legs and the community has overall lost faith in the developers ability to push out a quality product with worthwhile rewards for time sunk in.

I’m sorry but these changes do nothing for casual players I’ve never gone flawless yet I’ve play Destiny since Destiny 1 yet these changes do nothing I can’t get wins in trails if you put a real gun to my head getting wins in this game mode is stupid hard and casual players don’t get wins you can’t be like oh if you get 7 wins you get to go to the light house that like asking a rookie mountain climbing to climb Mount Everest. This changes nothing the casual players will not stick around I’m sorry I’m not playing 100 games to try and get 7 wins it’s not happening you need to remove winning for casual completely. You need to make it so that if you play seven games win or lose you get an adept you don’t get to go to the lighthouse but you get the weekly adept that is the only way you get casual players back in this game mode getting wins against stacked teams and cheaters is impossible and again I’m not playing 100 game to tray and get 7 wins remove the winning aspect altogether that is the only way I don’t want to come off as an asshole but if your a casual you still stand zero chance don’t fall for this trap until bungie removes the winning aspect trails will still be toxic and just not worth your time

Again solo players who complain should perhaps go play a solo oriented game instead of a team based one

I don’t engage with trials at all because I don’t care enough about pvp in this game to “try” properly let alone learn to improve. Out of consideration for others I don’t play trials at all because I know I will be dead weight

I’ve lost my reason to play trials now that there is no such thing as flawless 💔 I’m sure there will be more players in the playlist now though.

Why though?… more matchmaking enabled activities, less awkward raid style activities, recalibration systems (e.g division 2) to make the rng less obnoxious and loot targeting (again like the division) for raids and dungeons would go further to help this game.

I don't get the concept of PvP in Destiny 2. You mean somebody can one shot me across the map and not do anything else in the game? Sounds really fucking boring

Only time I play Trials is when the weekly quests requires it, basically, I have to psych myself up and tell myself 'you are going to lose just do the best you can' i don't enjoy the Trials struggle, i am looking forward to it, hopefully this update will at least allow me to enjoy playing Trials, Saint's Favorite ❤

I ended up stopping doing PvP last December due to all the hate I was getting just because I getting killed the same time or right before or after the others on my team were killed....

Let pvp die. Its caused too many problems to the pve game. So many unnecessary nerfs to exotics just because people in pvp cried. If they can separate the exotic behavior between PVP and PVE it would be fine but they don't seem to even try doing it

I can’t wait to see this change break Destiny 2 again with hundreds of bugs that will take half a year to patch 🤔 I’m all in for change but with the state of Destiny 2, something new broke something else in the game and with how long it take to them to fix those bugs, I’m still pretty much cautious.

These changes sound pretty bad and sound like they'll be way too much on luck more than it does already

I'm a pvp main, so I hope this makes everything much better. Wish they would delete a few maps instead of weighing them. Get rid of sbmm in quickplay. Don't allow wifi in competitive game modes would be sick.

Is it an excessive amount of new maps & modes? Plus SBMM alterations? And major balance changes? If so, I refuse to pay for a new story expansion but I'd try PvP updates.

I have not played this game since July and don't miss it at all. 7 years too late.
